- Number of speakers – Single or dual-speaker content uses base rate; multiple speakers (3+) attract a small premium for speaker identification
- Extras and customisation – Time coding, speaker identification, specific formatting, or verbatim notation require additional processing

Payment Terms
We accept payment by cheque, EFT, Bpay and credit card.
Payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
If the project goes over a period of weeks or months, interim invoices will be issued.
